About

Since 1994, FORMA Design has produced memorable, creative and thoughtful Architecture and Interior Design projects that have garnered 15 awards from the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and 21 awards from the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). We have been nominated seven consecutive times for the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Museum’s National Design Awards, a national awards program honoring excellence, innovation and lasting achievement in American design. Our modern residential and healthcare design projects have been widely published in local, national and international books and magazines and have been featured on national television.
