We specialize in managing individual condo units, single family homes,  and 2- to 3-unit apartment buildings in Washington, DC.  We have developed  expertise managing houses with a group of unrelated adults (roommate  situations) as well as the landlord-tenant regulations and rent control  laws of the District.  Our target market is to manage dwellings with monthly rent amounts at $2000 and above.

Our company offers a rental business license service, either stand-alone  or included in a full management solution.  We also assist our clients  in finding quality tenants and placing them in their properties with an  in-depth orientation session.  Our maintenance and repairs are carried  out by dedicated and personable vendors who do quality work. We are  direct and honest and pride ourselves on the personal connections we  have with our clients and residents, and on our sincere approach to solving problems.
