Rachel Boehm (she/her), CEO of will present The Most Important Business Investment a Small Business Owner Can Make is in Themselves: How to Beat Burnout and Master Sustainable Success.

Burnout leads to job dissatisfaction, absenteeism, poor decision-making, turnover, poor customer service, depression, anxiety, insomnia, exhaustion, anger, digestive problems, cynicism, heart disease, and even death.

If any of that happens to you, you have no business. And yet, small business owners feel constant pressure (often from themselves) to push 24/7/365. We’re afraid that we might miss a new client or lose a current one if we don’t do it all and do it fast.

Our business takes over our living and potentially our life unless we take back control.

Nationally board-certified health and wellness coach and business psychologist Rachel Boehm will show you a better way to grow your business by first growing yourself.

Rachel Boehm knows what it’s like to look at your life and feel stuck; to look in the mirror and want to break it; to wonder when the hell everything got so damn hard.

She has burnt out, "quiet quit", actually quit, had the quarter-life crisis, dieted her body into submission, and pursued several careers to try to "have it all".

She knows what it’s like to feel like you did everything “right”, played the game by the rules, and still feel like you’re losing.

And she knows what it’s like to discover you have a choice, that no one else needs to save you, or validate you, or give you permission.

And then successfully to turn everything around! Through podcasts, public speaking, authorship, coaching, and more she helps people discover who they were really meant to be so they can build a life they don't want to escape from.

Equality Chamber of Commerce and the Equality Chamber Foundation, in collaboration with TraxMethod, strive to serve its members and the business community by providing educational and informational seminars. Our goal is to gather experts in our community to discuss topics critical to small businesses and organizations.

We believe it is our responsibility to offer the community an opportunity to hear from experts so that they can make decisions based on the facts and facilitate factually-based discussions. We want to be a conduit through which the community can obtain information, drive discussions, and make their own decisions.

The Rise and Grind Speaker Series allows you to keep up on current events and topics of interest locally and regionally. Business owners, organizational leaders, HR professionals, marketers, and small businesses will find these topics helpful as they are designed to educate and inform about subjects that are relevant to your local business and non-profit community. In addition, business owners and organizational leaders can promote their business before the workday even begins. Also, these breakfasts focus on networking and give attendees the chance to exchange business cards and develop new prospects.
